Don't get the impression that I bought the second house that I looked at. I have looked at a dozen but can't post them all. I barely have time to post this... the whole "single dad and self-employed graphic artist" priorites take presidence over blogging.I digress ...
So anyway... the bachelor pad house didn't work out at all ... but my realtor found this gem and I made them an offer and they accepted.
Please start collecting boxes for my move. No hurry ... I have 60 days.
